In a free, approximately 15-minute introductory telephone consultation, we discuss your concerns, clarify the procedure and costs of the counseling, and I inform you about possible subsidies from your health insurance provider.

MDK Report- Final report for the Medical Service of Health Insurance for former patients prior to bariatric surgery.

Shopping Training- Training during grocery shopping and explanation of food labels directly in everyday life. Available upon request in German, Turkish, and English.
Flat fee
Bariatric Surgery- For the pre- and post-operative preparation of a bariatric surgery, I offer a package at a fixed price of 350,- Euro. This includes a six-month group therapy via video call with six 30-minute consultation sessions prior to the bariatric surgery, as well as the creation of a final report that meets the requirements of the Medical Service of Health Insurance (MDK) and fulfills all necessary criteria for evaluation by the MDK.
Subscription prices for long-term support

Reimbursement by health insurance providers
If a medical necessity certificate (§43 SGB V) is provided, many statutory health insurance providers cover part or all of the costs for nutrition therapy. The amount of the subsidy varies depending on the health insurance provider.
I am happy to assist you with the application process or clarify the formalities with you. Please note that the subsidy is paid out by the health insurance provider only after the treatment is completed and upon submission of my written confirmation of the services rendered.
Terms of Payment
Billing is usually done in advance (prepayment). After receipt of payment, you will receive an invoice and, if needed, a certificate for your health insurance provider.
